Word of Mouth Events & Planning (woman-owned and run by Pharice Brown & Associates, LLC) has been operating successfully for 10 years. We have hosted, organized and planned: black tie affairs, weddings, wedding exposes, bridal/fashion expos, the DC TV 20th Anniversary Picnic and Awards Ceremony, live music concerts, URSCENE Artist Nights, and Local Celebrity Video television shows.
With each assignment we handled every aspect as a full-service event management firm. We select staff specifically tailored to our clients' event specifications. We contact and screen vendors. We prescreen candidates (reference checks, skill match set, background check). We walk the client through to tailor-make the event. We work with vendors and the client to assure a successful event. We provide senior staff the day of the client's event for on-the-spot last minute decisions.

Do you need a mass mailing done?
We can handle it! We supply envelopes of all sizes and postage. We create the mailing document (letter/flyer). We make duplications ( the cost is more for color). We hand-stuff envelopes and affix postage. We make the drop-off at the post office. The price is $180.00 Per 100 mailing packages. That price includes 3 drafts, 2 versions (for the ability to post multiple times in one place), 1 month of reposting, and minimum of 5 posts with print out proofs for the clients records. We will create an ad for Craigslist and other sites like this. A 50% deposit is required and the balance is due before mailing is completed, with a signed contract. We do only design and only mailings if needed. Call us. We look forward to earning your business.
