We offer: Reception, Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant; equipped with a mixture of the following skills: Applications: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook) WordPerfect, Time Matters, Abicus, QuickBooks, Internet Explorer, Access, Lexis/Nexis, WestLaw, Lotus Notes, ACT, and desk top publishing. We also specialize in electronic file storage and maintenance, converting paper to electronic files, transferring documents to CDs, local networks, database and document transcription and preparation services just to name a few. We charge by the hour for the following services:Manage incoming calls, take telephone messages, basic phone orders, greet clients and basic set up for meetings, including minimal copying. Manage incoming calls, take telephone messages, manage phone orders for customers, order/stock office supply inventory, greet clients and assist with client needs including: making appointments, scheduling meetings, set ups for meetings which includes basic equipment set-up (laptops, PowerPoint presentations, Polycom) copying meeting materials and information. Also assist with some travel depending on company procedures and personnel limitations. Office Assistant duties plus managing calendars for meetings and travel, time and attendance, training requests and payment reimbursements, light bookkeeping. Admin Assistant with direct attention to the department head that is assigned. This includes managing schedules with authority to change and amend appointments as directed by assigned Executive. Assist in handling billing and payments according to procedures or Executive mandate. We also offer "Just Reception" services for those who need only the most basic of services on a part-time and as needed basis.Return to top of page. |
