Ms. Brown has overcome many obstacles while taking on new challenges. Having left the music industry at the top of her game as the Director and Promotions Manager for a local Entertainment and Recording Studio, Ms. Brown was destined to be an entrepreneur. She is equipped with both the skill and knowledge to see any project through fruition and completion. Under the guidance of the most elite professionals, Ms. Brown absorbed the business quickly, showing tremendous signs of leadership, while being pushed to the limit as a Director of Marketing in the music industry and a Project leader in the business industry. Her knowledge of both domestic and commercial services encompasses direct sales, business management, project management, administrative professionalism, private and government markets.
Among her significant previous positions, Ms. Brown also served as Director of Marketing with a local Internet Radio company and as an A&R Director and Manager for Roc City Records. Her contributions to the label were artist and project management, while striving for perfection and providing services above and beyond the call of duty. Knowledgeable in every aspect in the film and production arena, Ms. Monteiro has illustrated her talent as an independent production researcher, producer, vocalist, actress, director and editor; pinpointing key practices that can be utilized in the company's target market area. She is skilled in, but not limited to, gathering data for business forecasting and compiling the necessary information to develop and structure the business plan needed to launch companies.
Ms. Monteiro is responsible for organizing local area showcases for public entertainment; arranging and scheduling meetings and conferences, marketing and promotions, and project management. Possessing a wide array of skills and techniques, Monteiro is one who can meet the needs of the everyday professional and those in the entertainment arena.

Ruth Dubb is the webmaster of this site. She is also an artist, cartoonist, and animator. She showed a short animated film at the 1st Annual International Film Festival in Alexandria, Virginia, in 2007. Her unique and inimitable style has delighted fans for years. Never content to rest on her laurels, Ms. Dubb honed and developed her craft at the Art Institute of Washington, graduating with honors in September 2006.
